New Airport Coming to Ramberville
Construction is well underway on a recently approved airport on the outskirts of Ramblerville. Alderman are already touting the effects it will have on both tourism and local businesses, with connections to major domestic and international destinations expected.

Runway Completion
Runway construction wrapped up around mid morning February 13th. Runway 69 is the longest in the tri-state area and several airlines have announced they intend to service the facility with larger aircraft.

Taxiway
Taxiway and airplane parking is nearing completion with just additional striping and jetway construction remaining. The final work should be completed before construction of the main terminal building begins.

Vehicle and Pedestrian Access
Major road work finished up this afternoon with both pedestrain and vehicle access a priority for project managers. The mayor has also promosed to re-evaluate a long-stalled plan for a major highway network that would link the airport to important city attractions.

Upcoming Terminal Construction
Exclusively obtained drone footage shows an outline for the upcoming main terminal building, as well as what appears to be the site of an air traffic control tower.
It has been heavily rumored that the bulk of the construction could take place this weekend, with the project being streamed live on the ChicagoRambler Twitch Channel.
